1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Savage AI Hub ("the Service") at savageai.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Savage AI Hub is a free AI-powered entertainment platform that generates humorous, creative, and personalized content including comedy roasts, compliments, fortune predictions, and more. The Service includes:

  • AI content generator with multiple modes (savage, genuine, story, fortune, etc.)
  • Dual Battle — head-to-head roast competition against AI
  • Daily Dilemma — daily "This or That" challenges
  • Savage Code — AI-powered code review and roast tool
  • Shareable burn cards (images and videos)
  • AI voice personas for text-to-speech roast playback

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent before using the Service. The AI-generated content is designed for light comedic entertainment and is not suitable for young children.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, bully, or target real individuals with harmful intent
  • Attempt to generate content involving hate speech, discrimination, or violence
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service at scale
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or disrupt the Service's systems
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the Service or other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. User Input & Content

You are solely responsible for any information, text, URLs, or other data you submit to the Service ("User Input"). By submitting User Input, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit such content
  • The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
  • You understand that User Input is processed by AI models and third-party APIs

We do not claim ownership of your User Input. Input data is processed temporarily to generate AI responses and is not stored permanently on our servers beyond what is necessary for service functionality (e.g., battle history for authenticated users).

6. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by Savage AI is created by artificial intelligence and is intended solely for entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is based on comedic patterns, exaggeration, and parody — it is not factual
  • Generated content should not be taken as personal advice, medical guidance, legal counsel, or professional opinion
  • The AI may occasionally produce imperfect or unexpected output; we continually work to improve quality
  • You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk

7. Intellectual Property

The Savage AI brand, logo, platform design, code, and all original content on the Service are owned by Savage AI Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

AI-generated responses produced based on your input may be used freely by you for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing on social media). Commercial use of AI-generated content requires prior written consent.

8. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising partners. These ads help us keep the Service free. Ad content is controlled by our advertising partners and is not endorsed by Savage AI Hub. By using the Service, you agree to the display of such advertisements. You may opt out of personalised ads via Google Ads Settings.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAVAGE AI HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
